Failure is NOT a Result
it's about the mindset that makes a body like that possible.
BULL****!! diggin that hole deeper Keith! Chill dude...ya don't wanna be sending message like that to your daughter/s if ya got em DO YOU?
No matter how much you repeat a lie...it doesn't make it the TRUTH. My mindset will NEVER produce "a body like that" because My mindset is fine like it IS....yours on the other hand...is now startin to be questionable.
eta....awww you apologized!! there's room for GROWTH and CHANGE now! appreciate it Keith!
I have two daughters and I encourage them both to eat right and exercise regularly and much of the time we do it together. I am not sure what is BS here. I am totally of the mindset that failure is a huge part of success and I preach that to my daughters. When they fail, I want the to get right back up and try it again and again and again. If that is questionable I don't really know how to respond. I have been an entrepreneur for over 20 years and have many failures to account for my success. My gap was never applying that mindset to my health or my appearance. Now I do. My children see my success. They see my failures and they see me get up in the morning after the failure and head to the gym or out for a run. They have seen me stick to this for over a year now and when they see me slip, the see me stand up straight and get back to what we know will get me to where I want to be.
when I started this they could both run farther and faster than me, now they both ask me for running advice. So what is questionable about my mindset? Do I expect my daughter to look like that? No. If they want to look like that would I support them in their quest? For sure and the first thing I would tell them is to expect some failures along the way.
to US, this picture says, you road to health, happiness and weightloss is not over until you look like this chick.... and you are a FAILURE UNTIL YOU DO
so what you have loss xxxx pounds, defeated diabetes, sleep apnea, etc....
Oh please don't even think of apologizing, she's smoking hot and I for one was just kidding. I really don't have any issues at all about seeing gorgeous woman in photos or in real life. I might even go up to one and ask her where she does her hair or trains or buys her shoes. I found both the quote and the photo inspirational. Got me to go for a quick little jog around the neighborhood. I might never look like her; but I love the way that I do look. I work hard to have my health and my body just where I want them and pictures of other people who do the same work is just fine by me.
I edited the photo just the same. For a while I was trying to get a good mix of men and women, but they just post more chick pics than dude pics. I grab them for the sayings. They inspire me every day and I hope every day I can reach just one person who was thinking "maybe I'll skip the gym today" or "screw it that one cookie won't hurt"
