C to 5 k day 2 already done at 7:30 this morning. Now hair and shopping in center city Philly with sister. Time for some pampering. 😆

Haven't had a cheesesteak since January. I don't really miss them. Don't think will be eating one again for a long time. There is a ton of places to eat in Philly and more places keep coming up.

This morning a completed a 3 mile walk, 35 minutes weight machines and 30 minutes elliptical.

Today is easy.  My trainer wants me to do a one hour run and that's it.  I keep telling him about needing to burn these three extra pounds and he keeps blowing me off and telling me that they will eventually come off (or not, he doesn't much care about the weight numbers).  A good run might help. wants me to take it easy during the run and stay at lower cardio levels to burn fat.  I might just do a longer hike instead.

Maybe consider a walk instead of a run. If you really want to burn the fat running is not the way to go. Now if you really want to run AND you want to burn the fat throw in some intervals. Every 2 minutes increase to a sprint for 30 seconds. You will be 105 by Monday.
