What's Your Workout Today VSGers? - No Excuse Saturday!
Today is easy. My trainer wants me to do a one hour run and that's it. I keep telling him about needing to burn these three extra pounds and he keeps blowing me off and telling me that they will eventually come off (or not, he doesn't much care about the weight numbers). A good run might help. wants me to take it easy during the run and stay at lower cardio levels to burn fat. I might just do a longer hike instead.
