Recipe of the Day - Protein Shakes
I have always heard it wasn't good to heat protein like whey isolate because it denatures it. But I was watching a video the other day about it and what the guy said made a lot of sense. He said the protein gets denatured as soon as it hits your stomach anyway so what's the difference if ht process starts in your stomach or in a pan. The digestion/absorption part happens in your small intestine after it has been denatured in your stomach. So now I am so sure. Take it for what it's worth. Not sure i would do it every day but once or twice is probably fine.
