Training session today - 496 calories burned.
Lower body Exercises: squats with weight, leg presses, leg extensions, leg curls, heel lifts, and abs abs abs till the point of complete muscle fatigue. He makes me do an ab exercise sort of like the ones in the video below except that he stands at my head and pushes my feet back toward the floor. I have to keep them from hitting the floor and bring them back up again. I did it to the point of complete muscle failure - I COULD NOT lift my legs. What a hoot.

Sleeved 6/12/13 - 100 pounds lost to get to goal!
I have a physical job cleaning houses...not tidying moving dust from one spot to another but actual deep cleaning. So, because of you Keith, I have now started adding squats as I scrub cupboard fronts, and shower stalls. Crab walk as I do baseboards, torso twists and arm curls while vacuuming etc. So today was 4 hours of that and this evening was an hour water spinning class at the pool. :-D Now, I am so done for the day!
