Just a word of warning regarding Crack Slaw. If you make a big batch of it and invite the neighbors over to give it a try, you wil have none left when they leave.

I'm having some people over during Labor Day weekend and looking for something different to make.  I usually make a Taco Salad but Doritos make it not sleeve friendly.  I love the Crack Slaw so that would be a great substitute.  I'll make sure to put some away in a container before I serve it so I'll have some for lunch the next day!

That sounds amazing!  On the taco salad, I have eaten it without Doritos...still good!

Can I ask, does it have a sweet taste to it or more salty??  I see it's got Splenda in it.

I leave the splenda out, its not necessary. Its an asian flavor, I guess it would be slightly sweet with the splenda, but the small amount in there would just offset the vinegar.

This is so true! You know I've been obsessed since you posted the recipe last week. I'm on my second batch (this time ground chicken, 1st time ground turkey, I haven't tried it with lean ground beef or pork yet); I used to always bring stuff to work for my co-workers to try but now with this, I only bring enough to work for me b/c I want it to last and I don't want to share! LOL
