3 miles or 30 minutes on the elliptical- aim for average of 7 mph and 60 minutes weight training

3 one mile walks today and then 35 minutes of cardio dance tonight.

Arms and shoulders today. Plus some added cardio before and after. I ran for two minutes straight today, possibly the most I've ever run post-surgery. I can walk forever (have walked a half marathon--in training, did 18 miles when exercise-induced asthma kicked in HARD) but running is a real challenge. My first running goal is to be able to run a mile. After that, a 5k. Anything beyond that...I cannot even imagine.
