ok, the things I won't do for you guys. I strapped on my heart rate monitor and donned my running shoes and tested this one out. Turns out after my heart rate returned to normal I only burned 35 calories. It only took 2 minutes so if you cycle through this 3 times you should be at 100 calories and only a little over 5 minutes. So give it a go.
