Today is treadmill for cardio and arm strength training at the gym

Unfortunately I still have the plague, and now I also have pinkeye.  Workout is dragging my sorry behind to the doctor.

Today I am going to hit my upper body with some core.  Planks are on my list tonight.

Then change up my cardio from my standard 45 mins to 20-25 of interval for an intense workout.

Tomorrow is my final appt before surgery. i think I am at the weight I need to be but  I gained 2 .2 lbs of water weight over night.  Had a bit to much sodium in my foods yesterday.  I'd like a bit more distance from my min #.

I am drinking a ton of water today to try to flush my system.  Any other ideas to reduce the water weight?

Today's workout will be 20 minutes on the Nustep which is a recumbent crosstrainer.  Then walk for about 25 mins which is about a mile for me.  Then some upper body with light weight training!

Rest day for me. I'm sore all over and tired. Maybe some light stretching if I don't get home too late tonight from my work function.

Day 2 of Push Up and Squat Challenge, doing both.  Will do chest and arms here at the house with dumb bells and running at soccer practice tonight.

I walked an extra lap around the walking path here at work at lunch.  One more lap during my afternoon break.  I hit over 8000 steps yesterday, and hope to beat that today.
