What's Your Workout Today VSGers? - Thursday!

Today I am going to hit my upper body with some core. Planks are on my list tonight.
Then change up my cardio from my standard 45 mins to 20-25 of interval for an intense workout.
Tomorrow is my final appt before surgery. i think I am at the weight I need to be but I gained 2 .2 lbs of water weight over night. Had a bit to much sodium in my foods yesterday. I'd like a bit more distance from my min #.
I am drinking a ton of water today to try to flush my system. Any other ideas to reduce the water weight?

I walked an extra lap around the walking path here at work at lunch. One more lap during my afternoon break. I hit over 8000 steps yesterday, and hope to beat that today.
