I've already done my workout, but it was 10 minutes of high intensity intervals on the treadmill, followed by "the playing card game". My personal trainer draws a card, each suit = one exercise, so for example today it was hearts = russian twists, spades = goblet squats (basically a squat holding a kettlebell up to your chest), clubs = dead rows (rows with a barbell in the beginning deadlift position) and diamonds = push ups. Aces = 20 jumping jacks and 20 mountain climbers. Joker = lunges and rowing machine. Fun and BRUTAL :) I was dripping sweat all over the place, it was such a good workout.
