Exercise Challege - Do Day 1, 2, 3, AND 4 Today!
Did 25 jumping jacks and 10 lunges--this body hasn't jumped around that much in years!!!! I liked that I felt that in my arms too (no one was in the house, thank goodness). I like this I hope I can copy it and print it out. Thanks!

Can't say I did days 1-4 from that chart but I DID do:
- 45 squats with 10 lbs. weight in each hand
- 30 standing lunges on each leg
- 45 side lunges with 10 lbs. weight
- 45 walking lunges
- 45 stiff-legged dead lifts with 10 lbs. weight in each hand
- 30 hamstring "curls" using yoga ball on the floor
- 1 hour and 45 minutes of walking with some jogging...25 minutes on treadmill at gym, 1 hour 14 minutes at home with dog after work
I'm toast. :)
