I found it! It is very similar to a Korean recipe I make. I use kimichee as a base as well.....If you steam or fry and egg and put it on top it is also pretty amazing.

Hi Cathy - scroll up just a few sections on this post and you'll see my response to the same question that Weezy posted.   Keith L. posted a recipe on here a week or two ago.  Basically it's hamburger, cabbage, onion and some spices all fried up into some great, low-carb deliciousness!
