What's Your Workout Today VSGers? - Terrible Tuesday!

Gym. My 3rd Monday in a row was canceled at the gym (first two were because of open houses for my children and yesterday the gym was closed for Labor Day!). I hate, hate, hate my schedule getting interrupted and changed. But I'm going tonight and I'll make up for Monday at the end of the week. Today it's 20/20/20 cardio on elliptical, cybex and stepper. Assisted pull-ups, dips and chest/tricep presses. And squats. Of course
And at least 20 glorious child-free minutes in the sauna!!
It will be a kettlebells week because I have to use my classes before they expire. After two long weeks of sickness (part of which I was on vacation), I finally felt decent enough to go back. Yup, I'm still sick. But I did it. And a very fit dude asked me how it was possible I was bouncing around and running all over between sets (I was furiously typing work emails on our two two minute breaks). I also got lots of awed compliments on my sledge hammer swings. I swing a sledge hammer like a boss :)
BTW, I NEED to work out. I'm a cranky person in general, but not working out makes it soooo much worse. Working out makes me way more likeable.
