Kettlebells this morning.  I'm still using slightly less weight than I was, but my stamina and strength were better today than yesterday.  We did an inordinate amount of squats, and I thought of you.  I'm very thankful that I got to use a banded loop for help with the pistol squats.  My balance has been really off.

VSG on 01/14/13 with
60 minute conditioning/HIIT class. NSV first time I've been able at complete leg lifts & reverse crunches, hell ya those abs are getting stronger!! :-)
