I love Thai food. I could literally eat it every day. In fact when I retire (which may be never because I still have 3 more years of high school tuition and then I have to put a kid through college), I would like to retire in Thailand and I've not been yet. Anyway, these sound delicious and I will be making them this week:

If you like Thai Food too, here is a recipe I made up and my family cannot eat enough of:

I don't know how it's possible, but I've never actually had Thai food. These sound delicious though. I love cilantro.

Well if you like cilantro, it plays a big part in Thai food, I will warn you that Thai food tends to be very spicy so if you don't like heat, start out with mild. Yum Nua (or Thai Beef Salad) is very VSG friendly and so is Nam Sod (ground chicken or pork with fresh ginger salad), Curries tend to be a bit higher in carbs but still within range if you have had a fairly low carb day. If I eat thai food before or after a workout I typicall will eat a small amount of brown rice with it.

Other good choice are chicken, shrimp, pork, or beef with chili paste, curry paste, ginger paste. You can typically get any of these dishes with steamed or fried tofu if that is something you are eating, but keep in mind that it does tend to spike estrogen responses which could cause you to retain water and actually reserve fat.
