What's Your Workout Today VSGers? - Insanity Saturday!
I finally told myself I need to make the time to get to the gym. Started yesterday with 20 minutes on the bike. Went back today and did 20 minutes on the treadmill (not to fast, but my heart rate was between 130-145 for most of it) and tried the elliptical. Only lasted 2 minutes on that, but I'm going to keep at it until I can get some decent time in on it.
I did notice that the gym has an aqua aerobics class 2 nights a week, and I think I'd like to try that but that would leave my poor dogs crated for 12 hours straight. Wish they had it on weekends.
I am hating the squats and the dead lifts today. I made the mistake of telling my trainer that I wanted to concentrate on my butt yesterday, and now I can't sit down. It's those darn great butt pictures you keep posting that keep pushing me to push my trainer. Soon I am going to have to post some of my before (exercise, skinny) and a year after pictures.
My exercise today included a half hour run in the morning. In the evening, I am sticking to bocce ball and wine lifting. Have a great Saturday.
