I'm starting Leslie Sansone's Walk It Off in 30 Days program today:

It's 3 days a week of cardio and 3 days a week more focused on weights and toning (squats, lunges, etc.). Most of her stuff is relatively low-impact, which is good for people like me with bad knees, hips, or just general clumsiness and out-of-shapeness.
After I do 30 days of this my goal is to start the 30 Day Shred. If you had told me a year ago that I would have just typed that sentence I probably would have questioned your sanity and thrown you out of my house.
