plain old boring day. 45 minutes on the treadmill. 2.25 miles, speed 2.9-3.0 and incline of 5%.  burned 423 calories

  I'm not where I want to be, but I am closer than I was yesterday!

Spinning/weight training class this morning. And plenty of walking later, but maybe a run too. I'm running my first 5k in October.

Tonight is my last spin class for awhile.  I am kinda sad. I am having so much fun with it.

That's ok.......I get sleeved on Thursday then watch out!!

I'm starting Leslie Sansone's Walk It Off in 30 Days program today:

It's 3 days a week of cardio and 3 days a week more focused on weights and toning (squats, lunges, etc.). Most of her stuff is relatively low-impact, which is good for people like me with bad knees, hips, or just general clumsiness and out-of-shapeness.

After I do 30 days of this my goal is to start the 30 Day Shred. If you had told me a year ago that I would have just typed that sentence I probably would have questioned your sanity and thrown you out of my house.

Rest day for me. Maybe some light stretching although really feel stressed out from work today and would like to do some cardio.

15 minutes of rowing machine, followed by some water aerobics in the pool. The soreness from last week's personal training has finally worn off, just in time for tomorrow's session :)
