I do pull ups wides and close grip for ova 3 mos, with the assistance of weight, i have been minimizing the weigh support, I started at 145, im now at 100, and it does help back a lot, my back has never been better. I also like to hang from it and stretch my back, it feels so good. You will get there, soon, just keep on challenging yourself, turn the heat up, Papi!
