What's Your Workout Today VSGers? - Thursday!

will be trying to add an extra mile to my bike ride for a total of 5 miles today. I'll also be doing my daily pool laps. I'm going to keep those at 30 laps since I'll be pushing on the bike distance.
Short day today - trainer has me doing 15 minutes of intervals on the treadmill. Also going to do 5 minutes on the elliptical, because I hate the elliptical and he challenged me to do 5 minutes of it most days to get myself used to the feeling of it (I feel off balance, which is why I hate it). So it's like aversion therapy for exercise equipment :)
Yesterday I did bellydancing, but it didn't seem like enough of a workout, so I went to the gym and did 45 minutes of water aerobics, following by some good stretching. Almost 2 hours of exercise all together - I was exhausted when I got home!
