I am actually, thank you for asking.  :)  I didn't die, but I worked my literal and figurative ass off.  I am pushing myself this week after lighter workouts last week due to recovering from the plague.  I love being sore.  Makes me feel like I actually did something.

I am sore...my tush is feeling the 5 million squats from yesterday!   Today is arms day, so I won't be able to lift my arms tomorrow, I'm sure!

Yesterday sucked, and tomorrow will suck, since it always seems to be the second day that is so much worse!

I had a great workout with my trainer on Monday and again last night. He cooks up all sorts of delicious tortures for me. Yesterday I could not raise my arms. Tomorrow I suspect I won't be able to stand straight! But it's all good!

Just a little - but it should kick in by tonight! I upped all my weights on my upper body workout yesterday - not much just about 15 pounds on two, 20 on two others. As I'm sure you know, it's building season, so that's what I'm focusing on for the next several months. It's hard, too, because I'm still trying to lose the last bit of my regain and it's a dance to keep calories at the right level to keep my muscle mass while losing fat only. Slow going, too. Averaging a pound to two pounds per week. And for such an instant gratification guy like I am, this is hard. I figure it will be good for me in the long run, though.

I've started adding hills to my walking.  Oh yeah, my butt and lower back are saying "Hello!"
