TODAY IS LEG DAY!
There was a time (like 2 weeks ago) when I really hated leg day, made every excuse to skip it. But now I actually look forward to it. I don't like walking funny the next day but I sure do like the sense of accomplishment that I get from squats. Squats are the gateway to total body strength.
Legs/Back/Bis (4 sets/10 each)
Squats
Deadlifts
Leg Extensions
Calf Raises
Lat Pulldowns
Seated Rows
overhead sshrugs
close grip pulldowns
pull ups
Barbell Curls
hammer curls
We are having a Football Frenzy theme at the gym here at work.....My workout today was....
- Warm-up: Treadmill 1 mile (hold hand weights for added bonus!)—Miami

3 sets of 20:
- Chin-ups (palms towards you on the Lat Pull-down machine)—Carolina
- Bicycle Crunches—Dallas
- Bench Dips—Denver
- Incline Push-ups—Indianapolis
- Medicine Ball Slams—NY
- Chest Fly w/Resistance Band (anchored to Elliptical)—not part of challenge, but a good exercise to incorporate
- Finish with a Plank—hold as long as you can—Philadelphia
I can't even make a fist not without my arm shaking. LOL It was a touch one, but holy moses do I fee strong!!
