45 minutes on the elliptical this am at my target fat burning heart rate. I forgot my Polar at home, so I had to estimate my calories burned. MFP pegged me at 485 based on previous entries.
Sleeved 6/12/13 - 100 pounds lost to get to goal!
My trainer has me doing 15 minutes on the stair machine on Sundays. So I did that, then 5 minutes on the elliptical (I have a huge aversion to elliptical machines - they feel awkward and scary to me - so I am forcing myself to do 5 minutes almost every day to get use to them).
Then I did an hour of gentle dancing and stretching with friends. Now I am looking at at least 2 hours of deep cleaning my apartment. Lots of activity today.
