Thank you.  You're totally right :)  I really needed to talk to someone about this.  How weird is that?  I think I felt guilty about not continuing there because everyone is really nice and the workouts are awesome, but I don't think it's very healthy for me to have this much anxiety about place.

Tried my first spinning class today!  OUCH!!!!

I think I broke my lady parts doing that class.  Great burn, but not sure I will do it again for awhile.  I think I will stick with Zumba and Pilates for awhile.  Trying as many things as I can to see what I like and to make sure I don't get bored.  I am actually looking forward to the gym every day!!!

I"m bummed I can't work out tomorrow, but might find a way to work in at least a little walk (all day funeral for family).

 

  I'm not where I want to be, but I am closer than I was yesterday!

For tonight circuit training either Jillian michaels or JNl fusion. I'm leaning toward Jillian at this point more challenging for me i.e. she kicks my butt. 😁

I missed this thread earlier. I did 15 minutes on the elliptical, then an hour of bellydancing, then about ten minutes of extra dancing when I got home.

My instructor wants to start having "practice" on Saturdays. It's my rest day, but I told her I'm game as long as my foot holds up.
