I did resistance band this morning. I think I've been doing some of my resistance band exercises incorrectly and when I adjusted my positions I found them much harder. I have a weak left arm with damage and my doctor and I agree that strength training could help a lot. But I got a little discouraged today because I realized I'm not as far along as I thought because some of those exercises were too painful for my arm and I couldn't do but 3 or 6 at a time.
