Exercise Challenge - Boot Camp Exercises
These are from an article on health.com but I thought it was a solid routine and worth writing down. Great routine if you need to knockout a workout and want to hit the good parts. Here is a link to the original article http://www.health.com/health/gallery/0,,20690381,00.html
Jump Rope Drill - 1 min 30 sec (no jump rope required, make the motions)
Squats - 2 mins (make sure to stick your butt out and get low, put your arms in front of you for balance)
Lunges - 1 min (good for balance)
Vertical Leg Crunches - 30 secs
Box-and-Reach Drill - 30 secs (looks tough but good, gonna try these later)
Flutter Kicks - 1 min
Modified Lower Back Bends (like Supermans) - 30 secs
Push-Up - 30 seconds (drop to your knees if you need to or do elevated pushups on some steps) - 30 secs
Dive-Bomber Push-Ups - 30 secs
Jumping Jacks - 2 mins (if you have back problems do step outs)
Repeat as time allows!
