Exercise Challenge - Whole Body & Cardio
This is not just for women!
Pick One Exercise from each row when you have completed the circuit once, do 50 jumping jacks.
Pick Another Exercise from each row (different from the first time through), then do 20 but kickers (sort of like running in place, bring your heals up to your but quickly)
Pick Another Exercise from each row (again different from the first or second unless the remaining are something you can't do (except can't is not in our vocabulary), finally do 10 burpees.
If you do not have dumbbells available use cans of soup or beans and when you get to the Hams/Glutes/Quads exercises use a gallon jug of milk or water.
