Beginners Exercise Routine - If You Go To The Gym
OK, so yesterday's beginners routine focused on body weight exercises that you can do at home (or anywhere for that matter). Here is a routine if you have access to a gym. This is a great starter routine with free weights.

Thanks Keith! Even though I am 9 months is today and down 112.5lbs, I am a beginner at exercising faithfully. I actually need to work on that faithfully! I recently got a steroid shot in my shoulder and am ready to start lifting weights to see if I can start toning some of these flabby areas. This will be a great start.
