End of bridge to 10k week 2, so 45 minutes jogging with 3 minutes of walking intervals. The end couldn't come soon enough for me, this week has not been fun. But I felt the same about couch to 5k week 2 and that definitely got better.
Morning kettlebells! Last night's workout was a beast, and I was super tired but persevered :) I love the definition I'm getting in my arms. It's fantastic to actually see results from all my hard work. My calves also have this totally awesome heart shape thing going on.
