Today's Challenge is not really a challenge but more of an assessment. Do as many sit-ups as you can and then plank as long as you can and respond back to this post and let us know what Day You Are!
You hang from a chin up bar or a tree limb or monkey bars, something like that and raise your knees to your chest. or you raise your legs forward, the good guys can bring their straight legs up to their chest.
OH OK... WE DO THAT IN WEIGHT LIFTING CLASS BUT I CAN ONLY DO THE MODIFIED VERSION WHICH IS BRING KNEES UP... I CAN ONLY DO 2-3 RIGHT NOW BUT WILL DEF TRY TO INCREASE WITH THIS CHALLENGE...
Not sure about hanging leg raises, since I don't have anything to hang onto :) I can super plank for over three minutes, and I can do over 100 sit ups.
