I posted so many other things this morning I forgot to post a recipe. I ran across this one on Facebook and it sounded pretty good, especially if you are missing hashbrowns!

Keith, what number of carbs do you typically limit yourself to?

Depends on my exercise for the day but between 40 and 60. On my rest day 40 on my double workout days 60 maybe more depending on the type of carbs. I load up on fiber a couple times a week.
