One Year Ago Today...
Only 174 pounds in one year? You slacker. You could have at least hit 175 to make it a nice number. :)
You always find your own way and you one determined person. I know you will reach your goal, I have known this for a long time and although we don't always agree, I have tremendous respect for your tenacity.
You have just hit a milestone (one year) and your work schedule has changed. I am holding up a big red sign that read be careful. This is a tricky part of the journey. I know you will do it, jus****ch out for the hidden dangers of being close to goal, getting tired and having a schedule change.
Trust me I know. I wanted to say 175 but just nit quite there. After my workout today I could have said 177. I can however say that I am at 20.8% body fat. Shooting for 12% and maintaining it for a year before plastics.
I can attribute quite a bit of my success to you, so thank you for that.
I agree my warning light is on too about the new/old job. The good thing is I started my journey at this job so I have some old good patterns to fall back on like cooking my food for the week on Sundays, packing my food, snacks, water for the day, etc. I am in this for the long haul and I hate to lose.
