What's Your Workout Today VSGers? - Thursday!
I had a late Orange Theory class last night that was particularly brutal (740 calories burned) that ended with me running 10mph at a 4% incline. So I got up at 5am this morning and did a gut check on soreness and energy level to try to get to a 6am Orange Theory class and decided against it.
So tonight will be chest and shoulders followed by 20 mins of HIIT cardio.
I did walk up 5 flights of stairs this morning and I will probably do it at least once more today. After a year of working out 5 flights of stairs still gets me breathing hard.
Holy crap! Even reading that, I'm envisioning myself tripping and smashing my face on the front of the treadmill. I really am inordinately clumsy (and yes, I have smacked my face with a kettlebell luckily it wasn't that hard). I used to do HIIT before my wedding. I should do it again, maybe burn off these last three pounds once and for all. :)
