What's Your Workout Today VSGers? - Saturday!
At work this morning so doing some walking around the plant but will be doing 2-3 hours of walking around at a festival this afternoon called The Wing-Dang-Doodle here in Forest, MS. Have saved 500 calories to try a few different wing recipes at the contest but just plan on relaxing and having fun! No other treats will be allowed and taking my own water flavors. I will hit the elliptical when I get home tonight.

Took it easy compared to last weekend! But because of logistics I had to carry a backpack full of my stuff... and rent a bike that was heavier, etc. etc. So it was a good workout and a BEAUTIFUL fall day in Cambridge...
I now enter a "recovery phase" with a month off of serious training, then start again in November.
