Workout #1 - Chest and Shoulders -Done!

Workout #2 - Orange Theory - Shooting for 650 calories today. 

At 1:00 today my work will be done for the day.

At work this morning so doing some walking around the plant but will be doing 2-3 hours of walking around at a festival this afternoon called The Wing-Dang-Doodle here in Forest, MS. Have saved 500 calories to try a few different wing recipes at the contest but just plan on relaxing and having fun! No other treats will be allowed and taking my own water flavors. I will hit the elliptical when I get home tonight.

Feeling sorry for myself isnt getting me any where i want to be. Getting up off the couch and taking the dogs for a long walk. happy surgerversarry Keith!

c to 5k week 5 day 2. Then I jogged/ walked for another half hour just because I could. Happy Saturday!!

I was going to have a rest day since I had a big day yesterday, but I couldn't talk myself into rest, so I am on my way to the gym now.  I'm thinking treadmill, arms and squats.  My legs are sore from yesterday, but I want them used to it, so maybe not too many, but squats need to be worked in.

 

  I'm not where I want to be, but I am closer than I was yesterday!

Took it easy compared to last weekend!  But because of logistics I had to carry a backpack full of my stuff... and rent a bike that was heavier, etc. etc.  So it was a good workout and a BEAUTIFUL fall day in Cambridge...

I now enter a "recovery phase" with a month off of serious training, then start again in November.
