c to 5 k repeating day 2 again. Got through it but it was difficult. Think might try at faster pace before move on to day 3 which jumps from 8 mins of running to 20 mins. Not sure if I'm just avoiding or doing what is good for me.

one hour Zumba class then an hour with the personal trainer working on the core and balance (and some more cardio too)

  I'm not where I want to be, but I am closer than I was yesterday!
