Next to Squats you cannot beat a deadlift for building strength. You need to make sure you do these right as it is very easy to hurt yourself if you do not keep your back straight.

I have been going to crossfit and the deadlift's scared me at first, now I love them. Good to see some of y'all, have not been on here in a while!!

I like them too. They've really strengthened my lower back, which has been problematic for me for years.
