Beginners Exercise - Stairs

I WANT YOU TO CLIMB SOME STAIRS TODAY!

10 flights, that's right 10, rest as much as you need to between each flight but once you start a flight do not stop until you go up 10 steps.

I make evil eyes at that machine at the gym. I saw a girl climbing them backwards the other day. I made evil eyes at her, too. Well I really smiled but I was evil eyeing on the inside. Her legs and arse were fabulous.

I could prolly climb 10 flights of stairs, but I don't think my knees would let me walk back down the 10 flights lol

LOL.. I was thinking the same thing about down... I have stairs at my house.. even have 3 flights of stairs to go to my garden (I live on property, with a REALLY steep hill)... I could do the up... it's the down that just might kill me! My knee was not made for the terrain I live in. :)

i can do this!   The Hustle up the Han**** registration is 11/1/13 for the 4/13 climb.  This is a great start to my goal.
