I am SO excited to finally be able to post here!
I met with a trainer over the weekend and have a brand new workout plan. I was out of bed bright and early and to the gym before work. Today the focus was on arms. Modified push ups, "push-planks", tricep curls, chest flys, lateral arm raises, shoulder press....and one more that I can't remember the name of. And to fini**** off I did 15 minutes on the elliptical.
I was a *little* discouraged that I let myself get so weak in the last few years. I used to be fairly fit. But...I can't dwell on the past. I will get there (and surpass it!) in time.
