So far today I have done 11 flights of stairs, lets see if I can hit 20 today at work.

Probably going for a run tonight. My weight is up a little bit need to sweat it off.

Feeling guilty because I wasn't able to get to the gym this morning.  Been feeling a bit like crap still, not sure if I am going home and resting or if I am going to the gym and taking it easy on either the treadmill or bike.

I hate taking a day off, not sure what to do yet.

  I'm not where I want to be, but I am closer than I was yesterday!

Go Home and rest. Do not workout when you feel like that you will do far more damage than any good.

Meeting with NUT and Fitness director this afternoon at my DR's office.  With any luck, I will get released for cardio. 

I am really feeling like I need it. I hit the week 3 stall and have gained 3 lbs.  :(   I am want to change things up and try to break it!!
