Kettlebells FINALLY. I'm feeling better, and I'm pumped for this workout. I'm also considering running the NYC half marathon in March, and I'm considering getting my head examined because of that consideration.
Really? I think I can do it. I really want to do it. I just need to be able to combine it with a work trip so I don't end up camped out on a friend's couch (I hate doing that stuff). This is a bucket list item for me, but it scares the hell out of me.
OH, I am SURE you CAN do it. Actually a month ago I had no desire to run more than 3.1 miles. This past week I have been thinking about 5 miles, so who knows maybe a half marathon is in my future. I guess you should never say never.
Today was biceps and back day. Plus I added a hip abductor set in there as well- gotta get those thighs strong for horseback riding! Cardio consisted of 20 minutes on the treadmill with an incline of 7. I even ran for TWO MINUTES STRAIGHT! (not with the incline :)
Thanks! My horse went into professional training this month so we could go to nationals in a couple of years. Which means *I* have to get into training! That has b een awesome motivation.
