Didn't want to miss another day at the gym with my back, so I did 30 minutes on the treadmill with no incline to keep it a little easier and then 20 minutes on the stationary bike. Surprisingly the bike hurt my back more than the treadmill, but i wanted to get some burn in, so I did what I could.
Saw the chiropractor tonight, so hopefully I'm on my way to a better back. :)
