I might take a rest day.  I'm really sore and it's rainy and cold here, so I can't run outside.  I also might run on the treadmill and try to watch Revenge.  Is that even possible with how uncoordinated I am?  :)

I have an awesome leg day planned.  Going to attempt to squat in the squat rack for the first time since surgery!  Maybe try some deadlifts, hack squats, glute bridges...

62 minutes on the treadmill at only a 2.0 inline at a speed of 3.2

Very Nice! Any intervals? Cut your workout time in half and every two minutes increase your incline to 8 or 10 for 30-60 seconds. You will burn more calories, your heart rate will go way up and back down and you will be able to spend 30 mins with some weights before you hit the treadmill!

I normally do intervals, but I saw my dr. yesterday and he wants me to keep it light walking for at least a week for my back to heal some more.

  I'm not where I want to be, but I am closer than I was yesterday!

I felt ok.  I would have stopped earlier if I was starting to feel pain.  i will follow dr's orders to make sure I do no permanent damage... but I missed the gym too much to stop completely, so we agreed I could do the treadmill. lol
