What's Your Workout Today VSGers? - Hump Day!
Talked with the Fitness specialist last night at our support group meeting. I was concerned that I was over using my abs on the interval training mode of the elliptical. (only 5 weeks out from surgery) They were getting sore which I had not experienced before. He said it's ok as long as there is no sharp pain or the feeling of tearing. None of that so I am good to go.
So no backing off today. 30 mins of interval training on the elliptical. :)
It feels so good to work out again!

Workout #1 - Chest and Shoulders: Bench Press, Military Press, Bent Over Reverse Flys, Dumbbell Flies, Front/Lateral Raises, Standing Rows, Tricep Extensions - ~ 300 calories burned
10 flights of stairs
Workout #2 - Orange Theory - HIIT Circuit Training - 60 mins and 600-700 calories burn expected
I left life take me off my exercise game but I am going back today. And.. my old trainer is visiting from Cali so I will be meeting her at the gym. I am sure whatever she will do to me will hurt.
