What's Your Workout Today VSGers? - Thursday!
Kettlebells (ie art of strength). Let's see - I did lunges with the bell overhead, rows & pushups on the ropes, two handed any hows (yes, apparently this is a thing), bear hug squats, figure 8s with squat & press, kettlebell swings, ropes, suitcase deadlifts, vintage cleans, get up sit ups, and sledge hammers on the tire (my fave, I can swing a sledge hammer like nobody's bizniss)
I've had a **** week, but at least my workouts have been awesome :)
Love the first poster! Absolutely true, you can't exercise away a poor eating plan!
So in support of you today I will post ......
Basic, easy day, but I do this routine as a circuit with minimal rest so there is lots of sweat!!!!
5 minute warm up
3 sets of 12-15 assisted pull ups (assisted so I'm pulling up about 140 lbs)
4 sets of 25 traveling squats with 35 lbs with each set followed by 20 push ups
3 sets of 15 tricep press @ 100 lbs
3 sets of 15 chest rows @ 100 lbs.
30 minutes elliptical interval training.
5 minutes cool down, followed by stretching
