I Love and Appreciate You All!
Well now I am interested in this scary place........list for your info Keith and everyone, my Dr. and the hospital I went to told me obesity help was the only one they would recommend to go to for support if you needed a support group that you could go to online. I love this community as well and appreciate all the support I have gotton. I love being enclosed in a white picket fence, I think I'll stay!
I appreciate your passion for healthy living, Keith. Your information, inspiration, and recipes are appreciated by me.
One last thing, these people who share negative thoughts regarding you don't even really know you. Do not allow complete strangers to get under your skin.
I'm sure your mom told you to only play in a safe playground!

Have a great day!

My main regret was waiting til I was 63 to have this surgery. I still have quite a journey in front of me. I am happy totake the daily steps. Your posts give me something to think about.

Keith, no good deed goes unpunished.
The Internet can be a blessing and a curse. Last night a "friend" of my husband's from high school said on Facebook that he wished the government would execute my husband. I assume this is because they disagree politically. Considering that my husband had a coworker who was murdered in the DC massacre recently, this had extra zap to it.
Those girls need to go back to their knitting. Just keep doing what you're doing, man.
Personally I believe some people just are not happy unless they don't have something or someone to ***** about. They look at what they refuse to change and blame others for that. So moving forward, we who have the courage to change and fight the great fight move beyond the nay sayers and come here to seek encouragement and forget about those who want to be hurtful to others and themselves. Keith I commend you for all you do here. Not only do I find your post encouraging and funny, I get a great deal of enjoyment from them. So keep them coming. Also, whether you are a lightweight or a heavyweight, the process is still the same. Diet and exercise is still needed to reach the goals in order to be a healthy person.
I'm late replying to this post, but wanted to let you know how much I enjoy your posts. I always love your recipes. I have tried a couple & so far they are all great.
I also feel that you have a lot of knowledge that's accurate. I appreciate that you are always willing to share.
I have found that some forums seem to be more geared to a poor me attitude. I don't go to those anymore. They are just emotionally draining. This forum is such a resource for support & acceptance.
Please keep sharing your great stories & of course your recipes!!
p.s. Love your pinterest too!!
