Need help... getting a little disappointed

I totally agree a 6-9 month group would be wonderful...and I am going to go check out your blog...thanks for the advice...

Oh yes, the six month stall....in which I gained a pound for month 6.  This week, down 5lbs.  Stick with it, you'll be fine.

There is a point at which your weight will stabilize, but you're not there yet.
