Suzie's Kamut Puffed Cakes
I have not seen these mentioned on here before but what a find. They are slightly smaller and slightly crunchier than a rice cake. Each cake is 22 calories, 4 grams of carb (1 fiber), only 1 g of protein, but if you throw some chicken salad on it is a nice crunch way to eat whatever protein you want to add on top of it. If you add some peanut butter on it, it makes for a nice treat too.
