What's Your Workout Today VSGers? - Manic Monday!
60 minute jog, some resistance band for my arms, probably 25 minutes worth (physical therapy) and maybe, MAYBE, Week 3, Day 2 of the 200 crunch challenge. I started it on Friday and I messed up and did too many. Didn't follow instructions. My abs are still very sore and I'm not sure if they need more rest or if I should go for it.
sort of a cardio circuit for me today:
4 sets of 25 lunges, each set followed by 15 reps lateral raises
squats with shoulder presses (4 sets/15 reps) alternated with......
Squats with 25 lb. weighted swings (4 sets/ 15)
Seated leg curls (75 lbs.)
30 minutes elliptical
May I say I hate this work out, because it is so fast and uses so much of the body at once! It is an exhausting workout. Me, in typical guy fashion, much prefers straight lifting....
