Off to a slow start today!

5 flights of stairs (will try to get more in as the day progresses. Since I am behind I will go for 20 today (that's only 3 more trips up)

30 minutes on the treadmill with a speed varying up to 3.5 and incline varying up to 20.0!!!!  then I did 55 minutes of Zumba.  burned 1189 calories!

  I'm not where I want to be, but I am closer than I was yesterday!

So far today I have done a 5 mile bike ride, and some arm free wights(biceps, triceps, forearms).

Better than I expected. I'm running over the 2.5 miles in the 25 mins so I am ahead of the app. Some days I feel like I can run forever without stopping and other days I have to fight for every step lol. I enjoy it though cause it really clears my mind. Thanks for asking.

60 minute jog, some resistance band for my arms, probably 25 minutes worth (physical therapy) and maybe, MAYBE, Week 3, Day 2 of the 200 crunch challenge. I started it on Friday and I messed up and did too many. Didn't follow instructions. My abs are still very sore and I'm not sure if they need more rest or if I should go for it.

sort of a cardio circuit for me today:

4 sets of 25 lunges, each set followed by 15 reps lateral raises

squats with shoulder presses (4 sets/15 reps) alternated with......

Squats with 25 lb. weighted swings (4 sets/ 15)

Seated leg curls (75 lbs.)

30 minutes elliptical

May I say I hate this work out, because it is so fast and uses so much of the body at once! It is an exhausting workout. Me, in typical guy fashion, much prefers straight lifting....
