Beginners Exercise - Air Bike
This is a nice easy exercise that has some significant cardio and ab benefits. Just lie on your back put your feet in the air and peddle. If you are just starting out do 4 sets of 30 seconds with 30 seconds of rest in between. If you have some cardio capacity go for 1 minute intervals with 30 seconds in between and shoot for 10 minutes. Do these without the crunch. (the photo and video show the crunch).
If you have the ab strength or your belly has gone down enough so you can add it in add the crunch part to it
