Exercise of the Day - Overhead Press
This is a great exercise for overall strength and your shoulders and upper back as well. This is what an overhead press looks like. Don't be intimidated by the 1930's muscle man drawing. Anyone can do these with a barbell and lighter weights or with dumbbells. If you have a set of 5 lb dumbbells at home give these a try. You will be sore tomorrow:
