You have questions, hopefully I have answers!

Disclaimer: I am not a doctor (yet). I am not a nutritionist (yet), I am not a personal trainer (yet). I am not a psychologist (yet). I am not a chef (but a pretty damn good cook). I have however read, watched, researched, and experimented extensively over the past several years, so whatever advice I dispense, take it for what it is worth.

I really like to eat a Laughing Cow low fat cream cheese wedge for an occasional snack some days. Pre-surgery, I always ate them on reduced fat Wheat Thins or whole grain Ritz. Now, I'm trying to stay away from too many carbs. Are those still good choices to eat on occasion with the cheese or is there something else? (Love the Ecard by the way!!)

I ate a lot of those little wedges early out with celery and I loved most of them on it. Later out I used flax crackers.
