Disclaimer: I do not make these recipes before I post them. They are always low carb, not necessarily low calorie or low fat. You have to evaluate each recipe to see if it fits in your plan and make adjustments so that it will if you want to eat it. Also the stats for most of these recipe is for a normal sized serving which none of us should be eating, so any questions about calorie/fat stats should probably be cut in 1/2 or 1/4. Also I am not necessarily recommending that you eat these recipe just that they sounded good while I was doing my daily recipe search. It is up to YOU to determine if this is something you can eat according to YOUR plan.

The way I use recipes is as a guide to get to the basic place the recipe intends. I almost always add my own twist or add/remove ingredients that I like/don't like or fit/don't fit my plan.

That pumpkin chipotle soul sounds delish. I will have to try next week when I graduate to puréed food. Thanks!
